PULASKI COUNTY CIRCUIT /COUNTY CLERK 1 ORDINANCE NO. 20,576 s a20.00 2 3 AN ORDINANCE TO APPROVE A PLANNED ZONING 4 DEVELOPMENT AND ESTABLISH A PLANNED OFFICE DISTRICT 5 TITLED PYRAMID PARK SHORT -FORM POD (Z- 5738 -B), LOCATED 6 AT 11300 FINANCIAL CENTER PARKWAY, LITTLE ROCK, 7 ARKANSAS, AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF THE CITY 8 OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. 9 10 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY 11 OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: 12 Section 1. That the zoning classification of the following described property be changed from 0-3, 13 General Office District, to POD, Planned Office Development: 14 Tract C Pyramid Park Addition, Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas as recorded in the 15 Circuit County Clerk of Pulaski County, Book F, Page 24, Dated 10- 10 -97. 16 Section 2. That the preliminary site development plan /plat be approved as recommended by the 17 Little Rock Planning Commission. 18 Section 3. That the change in zoning classification contemplated for Pyramid Park Short -Form POD 19 (Z- 5738 -B), located at 11300 Financial Center Parkway, is conditioned upon obtaining a final plan 20 approval within the time specified by Chapter 36, Article VII, Section 36 -454 (e) of the Code of 21 Ordinances. 22 Section 4. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little 23 Rock, Arkansas, and designated district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects 24 necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof. 25 Section 5. That this ordinance shall not take effect and be in full force until the final approval of the 26 plan. 27 Section 6. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or 28 word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or 29 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and 30 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional were not originally a part of the 31 ordinance. 32 Section 7. Repealer.
