AN ORDINANCE TO RECLASSIFY PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE
4 _— CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; TO AMEND THE OFFICIAL
5 ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND
6 FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

8 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
9 OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
10 Section 1. That the zone classification of the following property be and is hereby changed as
11 indicated:

13 Z -8749 — Described as part of the NW `/4 SW 1/4, Section 8, Township 1 South,
14 Range 13 West in the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, described as
15 follows: Commencing at the Northeast corner of the SW '/4 NW '/4, Section 8, thence
16 run South along the East line of said SW '/4 NW '/4, 1476.83 feet to a point on the
17 East line of the NW '/4 SW '/4, Section 8; thence run West parallel to the North line of
18 said NW '/4 SW '/4, 326.77 feet to the point of beginning; thence run South parallel to
19 said East line thereof 628.28 feet to the North right -of -way line of Interstate No. #30;
20 thence run South 73 degrees 23 minutes West along said right -of -way line 78.26 feet
21 to a point; thence run North parallel to said East line thereof 654.78 feet to a point;
22 thence run East parallel to said North line of said NW '/4 SW '/4, 75.1 feet to the point
23 of beginning. AND Part of the W '/2 of Section 8, Township 1 South, Range 13 West
24 in the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described as
25 follows: Commencing at the Northeast corner of the SW '/4 NW '/4, Section 8,
26 Township 1 South, Range 13 West, thence run South along the East line of said SW

Rock and designated district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to
affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
Section 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be in full force thirty (30) days after the date of its
passage and approval.
Section 4. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or
word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and
effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional were not originally a part of the
ordinance.
Section 5. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same, that are inconsistent
with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
