AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE MASTER STREET PLAN (19,152);
TO MODIFY THE DESIGN STANDARDS FOR PINNACLE VALLEY
ROAD FROM CANTRELL ROAD TO COUNTY FARM ROAD (MSP12-
02); AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the Little Rock Planning Commission believes it appropriate to amend the plan.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. A special design standard is approved for Pinnacle Valley Road from Cantrell Road to
County Farm Road.
Section 2. The Master Street Plan Map is hereby changed to reflect the Pinnacle Valley Road as a
special design street from Cantrell Road to County Farm Road as shown on the attached graphics.
Section 3. That Master Street Plan text is amended in `Section 2: Road Classifications and Design
Standard' under the subsection `Minor Arterials with Alternative Design Standard' to add the following:
Design standard twenty -two (22) -foot wide pavement for two (2) travel lanes, two
(2), seven (7) -foot paved shoulders and open ditches on both sides.
