WHEREAS, a petition has been filed with the City Clerk for the rescission of the Planning
Commission's action in denying a request to approve a Special Use Permit to allow a group home on the
R -3, Single- Family District, zoned property at 3517 West 25`h Street, pursuant to its general police power
authority under Ark. Code Ann. § 14 -54 -104, in the City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. The hearing on the resolution to rescind the denial of a request to approve a Special Use
Permit to allow a group home on the R -3 zoned property at 3517 West 25`h Street shall be held at a
meeting of the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock in the Board Room of City Hall at six o'clock
on the I` day of May, 2012.
Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed
by law by publication once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper published in Pulaski
County, Arkansas, and having a general circulation in the City of Little Rock.
