AN ORDINANCE ISSUING A CONDITIONAL
USE PERMIT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED IN
THE 6,000 BLOCK OF WEST 53RD STREET,
SETTING FORTH THE CONDITIONS ATTACHED
THERETO; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That, pursuant to the authority granted
under the provisions of Section 43 of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, a conditional use
permit is hereby issued for the property described herein
and for the purpose indicated as follows:
Additional off - street parking space, additional office
space, additional classroom space.
SECTION 2. That the following conditions are hereby
attached to the above described conditional use permit:
Issuance of the permit includes a requirement for
compliance with off - street parking, landscaping and
screening and additional paving of off -site street
improvements.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
