AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $26,600.00 FROM
1977 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT INTEREST FUNDS FOR
DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS IN THE RODNEY PARHAM
AREA; AUTHORIZING A JOINT AGREE14ENT TO
INCREASE THE CAPACITY OF AN EXISTING DRAINAGE
STRUCTURE ON RODNEY PARHAM ROAD; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. $26,600.00 is hereby appropriated from the
1977 Capital Improvement Interest Funds for drainage improvements
in the Rodney Parham area.
Section 2. A joint developer /city drainage improvement
project agreement is hereby authorized to increase the capacity
of an existing but inadequate drainage structure on Rodney Parham
Road.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption and approval.
