AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 13 -13(c) OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK
TO INCREASE THE READY TO SERVICE FEE FROM FIVE
MILLS TO TEN MILLS ON CONTRACTS FOR FIRE SERVICE
PROTECTION FOR BUSINESSES LOCATED OUTSIDE THE
CITY LIMITS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. Section 13 -13(c) of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Little Rock is hereby amended to read as follows:
(c). Ready to serve fee. The applicant shall
pay in advance to the City Collector
an annual ready to serve fee in an
amount which is the product of ten
(10) mills times the current assessed
evaluation of the property as reflected
by the records of the Pulaski County
Tax Assessor.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption and approval.
