AN ORDINANCE ISSUING A CONDITIONAL
USE PERMIT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT
BARROW AND 34TH STREET, Z -3687, SETTING
FORTH THE CONDITIONS ATTACHED THERETO;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That pursuant to the authority granted
under the provisions of Section 43 of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, a Conditional Use
Permit is hereby issued for the property described herein
and for the purpose indicated as follows:
Lots 11 and 12, Block 150, John Barrow Addition to the
City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas. The
property is to be used for a duplex, and is zoned
"R -3"
SECTION 2. That the following conditions are hereby
attached to the above described Conditional Use Permit:
That the applicant adhere to all Little Rock City
Ordinances and Codes, as well as the approved site
plan as adopted at the May 26, 1981 Planning Commission
meeting.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
