AN ORDINANCE ISSUING A CONDITIONAL
USE PERMIT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT
1406 CANTRELL ROAD (Z- 3726), SETTING
FORTH THE CONDITIONS ATTACHED
THERETO; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That pursuant to the authority granted
under the provisions of Section 43 of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, a Conditional Use
Permit is hereby issued for the property described herein
and for the purpose indicated as follows:
Lot 1, Block 360 - Original City of Little Rock,
Arkansas.
Property is to be used for an eating place without
drive-in service and is zoned "0 -3 ".
SECTION 2. That the following conditions are hereby
attached to the above described Conditional Use Permit:
That applicant adhere to all Little Rock City
ordinances, codes, and the approved site plan as passed
by the Commission on July 14, 1981, and as reviewed by
the Subdivision Committee on July 30, 1981.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
