AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AN EXTENSION
OF THE FRANCHISE OF MEDI -VAC AMBULANCE
COMPANY FOR A PERIOD OF NINETY DAYS;
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ISSUE THE
NECESSARY PERMIT TO NIEDI -VAC; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. The franchise granted to Medi -Vac Ambulance
Company, renewed by Ordinance No. 13,818, is hereby renewed
for a period of ninety days subject to all the terms and
conditions of the original franchise and the renewal ordinance.
Section 2. The City Manager is hereby authorized to
issue the necessary permit to Medi -Vac Ambulance Company.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval.
