AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF
WEST MARKHAM STREET AND GAMBLE ROAD
IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated.
(a) Z -3735 - described as a part of the east 1/2 of
Tract 7, Hillvale Addition to the City of Little
Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, being more
particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the northeast corner of the east 1/2
of Tract 7, Hillvale Addition; thence south 00°
46' W, 220 feet to the point of beginning, said
point being the northeast corner of the tract
herein described; thence south 00° 46' W, along
the west right -of -way line of Gamble Street, 329.9
feet; thence west along the north right -of -way
line of the 50 -foot aqueduct 320 feet; thence
north 00° 46' E, 438.1 feet; thence south 70° 28'
15" E, 337.8 feet to the point of beginning. From
"R -5" Urban Residence District to 110 -3" General
Office District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated District Map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
