AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING THE VARIOUS
PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following properties be and are hereby changed as indicated.
(a) Z- 3468 -A - described as the west 300 feet of
Lots 7 -R, Triangle Properties Industrial District.
From "R -2" Single Family District to "I -2" Light
Industrial District.
(b) Z- 3538 -A - described as Lots 4, 5 and 6, Block 10,
C.E. Gallagher's Addition. From "R -3" Single
Family District and "C -4" Open Display District to
"C -3" General Commercial District.
(c) Z- 3686 -A - described as the east 44 feet of Lot 22
and the east 1/2 of Lots 23 and 24, Block 4,
C.S. Stift's Addition to the City of Little Rock
LESS AND EXCEPT the south 5 feet thereof. From
"R -5" Urban Residence District to "R -3" Single
Family District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated District Map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate
the changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
