AN ORDINANCE TO RECLASSIFY PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE
4 CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, TO AMEND THE OFFICIAL
5 ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND
6 FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

8 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
9 OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
10 Section 1. That the zone classification of the following property be and is hereby changed as
11 indicated:

13 Z -8737 — Described as part of Tracts 7 and 8, Crystal Valley Glens, a Subdivision of the
14 SW '/4 NW '/4 and part of the NW '/4 SW '/4 of Section 33, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski
15 County, Arkansas, more particularly described as follows:

17 Beginning at a point on the West line of the East '/2 of said Tract 7, a distance of 205.0
18 feet, N06 °08'W from the Southwest corner of said East '/2 of said Tract 7; thence
19 N06 °07'00 "W along the centerline of said Tract 7, 805.45 feet to the Northwest corner of
20 said East' /2 of Tract 7; thence S89 °18'02" East along the North line of said Tracts 7 and
21 8, 251.74 feet to the Northeast corner of said Tract 8; thence S08 °26'05 "E along the East
22 line of said Tract 8, 717.55 feet; thence S82 °16'43 "W, 155.64 feet; thence S06 °01'21"
23 East, 41.43 feet; thence S77 °57'00 "W, 14.00 feet; thence S15 °38'24 "E, 135.29 feet, to a
24 point on the North right -of -way line of Arkansas State Highway #5; thence S68'02'1 1"W

30 Section 2. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little
31 Rock and designated district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to
32 affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.

Section 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be in full force thirty (30) days after the date of its
passage and approval.
Section 4. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or
word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and
effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional were not originally a part of the
ordinance.
Section 5. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same, that are inconsistent
with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
