That the approval of The Manor LLC Short-Form PD -O (Z- 8296 -B), located on the 12 Southeast corner of Kanis Road and Labelle Drive is subject to compliance with the following additional 13 conditions: 14 That the preliminary site development plan/plat be approved as submitted, including all 15 staff comments and conditions as outlined in the Planning Commission Agenda Staff 16 Report in paragraphs D, E, F and including any conditions indicated in the staff analysis 17 in paragraph H and subject to additional conditions imposed at the Planning Commission 18 Public Hearing as amended by the applicant. 19 Section 3. That the preliminary site development plan/plat be approved as recommended by the 20 Little Rock Planning Commission. 21 Section 4. That the change in zoning classification contemplated for The Manor LLC Short-Form 22 PD -O (Z- 8296 -B), located on the Southeast corner of Kanis Road and Labelle Drive is conditioned upon 23 obtaining a final plan approval within the time specified by Chapter 36, Article VII, Section 36 -454 (e) of 24 the Code of Ordinances. 25 Section 5. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little 26 Rock, Arkansas, and designated district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects 27 necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof. 28 Section 6. That this ordinance shall not take effect and be in full force until the final approval of the 29 plan. 30 Section 7. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or 31 word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or 32 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and 33 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional were not originally a part of the 34 ordinance.
