RESOLUTION NO. 13,455
A RESOLUTION TO SET MARCH 20, 2012, AS THE DATE OF
HEARING ON THE PETITION TO ABANDON A PORTION OF THE
TEN (10) -FOOT WIDE EASEMENT IN LOT 2, BLOCK 21, PLEASANT
VALLEY ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITLE ROCK, ARKANSAS;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, a petition has been filed with the City Clerk requesting that the Board of Directors
vacate and abandon the North 164 feet of the ten (10) -foot wide easement located along the East (rear)
perimeter of Lot 2, Block 21, Pleasant Valley Addition to the City of Little Rock, pursuant to its general
police power authority under Ark. Code Ann. §14 -54 -104;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. The hearing on the ordinance to abandon the above - mentioned easement shall be held at a
meeting of the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock in the Board Room of City Hall at six o'clock
on the 20''' day of March, 2012.
Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed
by law by publication once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper published in Pulaski
County, Arkansas, and having a general circulation in the City of Little Rock.
