3 A RESOLUTION TO AMEND LITTLE ROCK, ARK., RESOLUTION NO.
4 13,291 (APRIL 5, 2011) TO ADD $40,000 TO THE REBSAMEN PARK
5 ROAD ROUNDABOUT PROJECT; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

7 WHEREAS, the Board of Directors authorized up to $237,853.40 for a roundabout project in Little
8 Rock, Ark., Resolution No. 13,291 (April 5, 2011); and,
9 WHEREAS, additional work on the project can be completed with $40,000 to be added from the U.S.
10 DOE -R Grant Project;
11 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
12 OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
13 Section 1. The City Manager is authorized to spend up to an additional $40,000, for the Rebsamen
14 Park Road Roundabout project previously approved.
15 Section 2. Funds for this expenditure are available in AU 270129.
16 Section 3. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or
17 word of this resolution is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
18 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the resolution which shall remain in full force and
19 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional were not originally a part of the
20 resolution.
21 Section 4. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same, that are inconsistent
22 with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency
