A RESOLUTION TO MAKE A REINSTATEMENT TO THE HISTORIC
DISTRICT COMMISSION; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. The following named individual is hereby reinstated as a member of the Historic District
Commission:
Loretta Hendrix, is reinstated to complete the remainder of her term which expires
June 15, 2012.
Section 2. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its
ADOPTED: January 17, 2012
