ORDINANCE TO APPROVE A PLANNED ZONING DEVELOPMENT AND ESTABLISH A PLANNED OFFICE DISTRICT 5 TITLED THE LITTLE ROCK BLACK POLICE OFFICERS 6 ASSOCIATION SHORT -FORM PD -O (Z- 8698), LOCATED AT 2521 7 SOUTH ARCH STREET, LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AMENDING THE 8 OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, 9 ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. 10 11 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY 12 OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: 13 Section 1. That the zoning classification of the following described property be changed from R -4, 14 Two - Family, to PD -O: 15 Lot 6 and the South '/z of Lot 5, Block 2 Retan Addition to the City of Little Rock, 16 Pulaski County, Arkansas. 17 Section 2. That the approval of the Little Rock Black Police Officers Association Short -Form PD -O 18 (Z- 8698), located at 2521 South Arch Street, is subject to compliance with the following additional 19 conditions: 20 That the preliminary site development plan/plat be approved as submitted, including all 21 staff comments and conditions as outlined in the Planning Commission Agenda Staff 22 Report in paragraphs D, E, F and including any conditions indicated in the staff analysis 23 in paragraph H and subject to additional conditions imposed at the Planning Commission 24 Public Hearing as amended by the applicant. 25 Section 3. That the preliminary site development plan /plat be approved as recommended by the 26 Little Rock Planning Commission. 27 Section 4. That the change in zoning classification contemplated for the Little Rock Black Police 28 Officers Association Short-Form PD -O (Z- 8698), located at 2521 South Arch Street, is conditioned upon 29 obtaining a final plan approval within the time specified by Chapter 36, Article VII, Section 36 -454 (e) of 30 the Code of Ordinances. 31 Section 5. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little 32 Rock, Arkansas, and designated district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects 33 necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof. That this ordinance shall not take effect and be in full force until the final approval of the plan. Section 7. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional were not originally a part of the ordinance. Section 8. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same that are inconsistent with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
