VINCENT'S HEALTH SYSTEMS SHORT -FORM POD, 6 LOCATED AT 5320 — 5326 WEST MARKHAM STREET (Z- 8700), 7 LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING 8 MAP OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER 9 PURPOSES. 10 11 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY 12 OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: 13 Section 1. That the zoning classification of the following described property be changed from 0-3, 14 General Office District, to POD: 15 Lots 1 — 5 and 16 — 20, Block 9 Pfeifers Addition, Little Rock, Pulaski County, 16 Arkansas. 17 Section 2. That the approval of St. Vincent's Health Systems Short-Form POD, located at 5320 — 18 5326 West Markham Street (Z- 8700), is subject to compliance with the following additional conditions: 19 That the preliminary site development plan/plat be approved as submitted, including all 20 staff comments and conditions as outlined in the Planning Commission Agenda Staff 21 Report in paragraphs D, E, F and including any conditions indicated in the staff analysis 22 in paragraph H and subject to additional conditions imposed at the Planning Commission 23 Public Hearing as amended by the applicant. 24 Section 3. That the preliminary site development plan/plat be approved as recommended by the 25 Little Rock Planning Commission. 26 Section 4. That the change in zoning classification contemplated for St. Vincent's Health Systems 27 Short-Form POD, located at 5320 — 5326 West Markham Street (Z- 8700), is conditioned upon obtaining a 28 final plan approval within the time specified by Chapter 36, Article VII, Section 36 -454 (e) of the Code of 29 Ordinances. 30 Section 5. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little 31 Rock, Arkansas, and designated district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects 32 necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof. [PAGE 1 OF 2] r 1 Section 6. That this ordinance shall not take effect and be in full force until the final approval of the 2 plan. 3 Section 7. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or 4 word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or 5 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and 6 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional were not originally a part of the 7 ordinance. 8 Section 8. Repealer.
