3 A RESOLUTION TO SET NOVEMBER 1, 2011, AS THE DATE OF
4 HEARING ON THE PETITION TO RESCIND THE DENIAL OF A
5 REQUEST TO AMEND THE PCD TITLED PLEASANT RIDGE TOWN
6 CENTER REVISED LONG -FORM PCD (Z- 4411 -L), LOCATED ON
7 THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF CANTRELL ROAD AND
8 WOODLAND HEIGHTS ROAD; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

WHEREAS, a petition has been filed with the City Clerk for the rescission of the Planning
Commission's action in denying a request to amend the Pleasant Ridge Town Center Revised Long -Form
PCD (Z- 4411 -L) in four (4) areas, pursuant to its general police power authority under Ark. Code Ann.
§ 14 -54 -104, in the City of Little Rock.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. The hearing on the resolution to rescind the denial of a request to amend the Pleasant
Ridge Town Center Revised Long -Form PCD (Z- 4411 -L), shall be held at a meeting of the Board of
Directors of the City of Little Rock in the Board Room of City Hall at six o'clock on the 18`h day of
October, 2011.
Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed
by law by publication once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper published in Pulaski
County, Arkansas, and having a general circulation in the City of Little Rock.
