A RESOLUTION TO MAKE APPOINTMENT TO THE ARKANSAS
ARTS CENTER BOARD OF TRUSTEES; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. The following named individual is hereby appointed as members of Arkansas Arts Center
Board of Trustees:
Matthew DeLuca, appointed to fill the unexpired term of Janie Boyce, said term expiring on June
30, 2015.
Section 3. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
