3 A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF A REPLACEMENT
4 COMMISSIONER TO THE BOARD OF THE LITTLE ROCK
5 MULTIPURPOSE IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 2007 -304 -
6 PARKWAY NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION PROJECT; AND FOR
7 OTHER PURPOSES.

9 WHEREAS, Little Rock Multipurpose Improvement District No. 2007 -304- Parkway Neighborhood
10 Association Project was duly and properly established by Little Rock City Ordinance No. 19, 901 dated
11 January 8, 2008, and five (5) persons were simultaneously appointed as its Board; and
12 WHEREAS, due to the resignation of Shannon K. Wilson, one of the commissioners on the District's
13 Board of Improvement, one (1) vacancy exists on the District's Board and should be filled in order that
14 the District can better perform its intended purposes; and
15 WHEREAS, the District's Board has, upon the petition of five (5) property owners within the
16 District and by proper resolution, appointed Joseph T. Healy, an owner of real property in the District,
17 who is recognized as a person of high integrity and accomplished business judgment, as the replacement
18 commissioner to the District's Board to fill the vacancy resulting from the resignation of Shannon K.
19 Wilson.
20 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF LITTLE
21 ROCK, ARKANSAS:
22 Section 1 The Board of Directors hereby approves the appointment of Joseph T. Healy, as a
23 commissioner to the Board of the Little Rock Multipurpose Improvement District No. 2007 -304 -
24 Parkway Neighborhood Association Project.
