RESOLUTION NO. 13,316
A RESOLUTION TO SET JUNE 7, 2011, AS THE DATE OF HEARING
ON THE PETITION TO ABANDON A PORTION OF FOREST VALLEY
LANE ALONG WITH ALL EASEMENT RIGHTS ADJACENT TO LOTS
12 AND 13, FOREST VALLEY SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY OF LITTLE,
ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, a petition has been filed with the City Clerk requesting that the Board of Directors
vacate and abandon a portion of Forest Valley Lane along with all easement rights adjacent to Lots 12 and
13, Forest Valley Subdivision, in the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, pursuant to its general police power
authority under Ark. Code Ann. § 14 -54 -104.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. The hearing on the ordinance to abandon the above - mentioned easements shall be held at
a meeting of the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock in the Board Room of City Hall at six
o'clock on the 7`h day of June, 2011.
Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed
by law by publication once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper published in Pulaski
County, Arkansas, and having a general circulation in the City of Little Rock.
