3 A RESOLUTION TO SET MARCH 1, 2011, AS THE DATE OF HEARING
4 ON THE PETITION TO RESCIND THE DENIAL OF A REVISION TO
5 THE EXISTING USA DRUG REVISED SHORT -FORM PD -C (Z- 7119 -B),
6 TO ALLOW SIGNAGE ALONG THE EASTERN FACADE LOCATED
7 WITHOUT PUBLIC STREET FRONTAGE ON THE NORTHEAST
8 CORNER OF CANTRELL ROAD AND RANCH DRIVE; AND FOR
9 OTHER PURPOSES.

11 WHEREAS, a petition has been filed with the City Clerk requesting that the Board of
12 Directors rescind the denial of a revision to the existing PD -C to allow signage along the eastern
13 facade located without public street frontage on the northeast corner of Cantrell Road and Ranch
14 Drive, pursuant to its general police power authority under Ark. Code Ann. § 14 -54 -104.
15 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
16 THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
17 Section 1. The hearing on the petition to allow a revision to the existing USA Drug Revised
18 Short-Form PD -C (Z- 7119 -B) shall be held at a meeting of the Board of Directors of the City of
19 Little Rock in the Board Room of City Hall at six o'clock on the Is' day of March, 2011.
20 Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of such hearing in the manner
21 prescribed by law by publication once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper
22 published in Pulaski County, Arkansas, and having a general circulation in the City of Little
23 Rock.
