3 A RESOLUTION TO ACCEPT TITLE BY TRUSTEE'S WARRANTY
4 DEED TO REAL PROPERTY FROM QUINTON SMITH TO THE
s LITTLE ROCK SANITARY SEWER COMMITTEE; AND FOR OTHER
6 PURPOSES.
s WHEREAS, Quinton Smith has executed a Trustee's Warranty Deed conveying title to the
9 following real property to the Little Rock Sanitary Sewer Committee:
10 LOT 12, BLOCK 2, COUNTRY CLUB HEIGHTS ADDITION TO THE
II CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, PULASKI COUNTY, ARKANSAS.
12 WHEREAS, state law requires that the City accept the property by a resolution adopted by
13 the Board of Directors;
14 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
15 THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
16 Section 1. The City of Little Rock does hereby accept title to real property located at Lot 12,
17 Block 2, Country Club Heights Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas,
1s conveyed by Trustee's Warranty Deed from Quinton Smith, Individually, and as Trustee of the
19 Quinton Smith Revocable Trust, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit "A ".
20 Section 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute any, and all, documents
21 necessary to accept this property to be used either by the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, or by the
22 Little Rock Sanitary Sewer Committee.
23 Section 3. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause,
24 phrase, or word of this resolution is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such
25 declaration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the resolution which shall
26 remain in full force and effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or
27 unconstitutional were not originally a part of the ordinance.
28 Section 4. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same that are
29 inconsistent with the provisions of this resolution are hereby repealed to the extent of such
30 inconsistency.
