RESOLUTION NO. 13,228
A RESOLUTION TO RENEW 123 TAXICAB OPERATOR PERMITS FOR
GREATER LITTLE ROCK TRANSPORTATION SERVICE, LLC, FOR THE
PERIOD FROM JANUARY 1, 2011, TO DECEMBER 31, 2011; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, Greater Little Rock Transportation Service, LLC, ( GLRTS) has properly applied for
renewal of 123 taxicab operator permits for the year 2011, and has established that it is properly insured
and in compliance with the City Transportation Code; and
WHEREAS, to date Greater Little Rock Transportation Service, LLC, has 105 vehicles available for
service and eighteen (18) retired taxicabs, which will be replaced in the near future;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
Section 1. GLRTS is granted a renewal of 123 taxicab operator permits for the period from January
1, 2011, to December 31, 2011.
Section 2. Severability. In the event any portion of this resolution is declared or adjudged to be
invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of this
resolution, which shall remain in full force and effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or
unconstitutional were not originally apart of this resolution.
Section 3. Repealer. All ordinances and resolutions, and parts thereof, which are in conflict with any
provision of this resolution are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
