3 A RESOLUTION TO SET OCTOBER 19, 2010, AS THE DATE OF HEARING
4 ON THE PETITION TO ABANDON THE TWENTY -FIVE (25) -FOOT WIDE
5 "O" STREET/DAVIS AVENUE RIGHT -OF -WAY, ADJACENT TO 1600
6 NORTH FILLMORE STREET, IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
7 ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

9 WHEREAS, a petition has been filed with the City Clerk requesting that the Board of Directors
10 vacate and abandon the twenty -five (25) -foot wide "O" Street /Davis Avenue right -of -way, adjacent to
11 1600 North Fillmore Street, in the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, pursuant to its general police power
12 authority under Ark. Code Ann. § 14 -54 -104.
13 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
14 OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
15 Section 1. The hearing on the ordinance to abandon the above - mentioned right -of -way shall be held
16 at a meeting of the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock in the Board Room of City Hall at six
17 o'clock on the 19 "' day of October, 2010.
18 Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed
19 by law by publication once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper published in Pulaski
20 County, Arkansas, and having a general circulation in the City of Little Rock.
