4 CENTER BOARD OF TRUSTEES; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

6 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
7 OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
8 Section 1: Mr. J. Shepherd Russell, III is hereby appointed to fill a vacancy on the Board of
9 Trustees of the Arkansas Arts Center in the position previously held by Mrs. Lisa Warren, said
10 term to expire June 30, 2012.
11 Section 2: This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
