3 A RESOLUTION TO SET SEPTEMBER 7, 2010, AS THE DATE OF
4 HEARING ON THE PETITION TO ABANDON THE SIXTY (60) -FOOT
5 WIDE ACCESS EASEMENT LOCATED BETWEEN LOTS 1 AND 20,
6 COLONEL GLENN CENTRE, SOUTH OF COLONEL GLENN SQUARE, IN
7 THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

9 WHEREAS, a petition has been filed with the City Clerk requesting that the Board of Directors
10 vacate and abandon the sixty (60) -foot wide access easement located between Lots 1 and 20, Colonel
11 Glenn Centre, South of Colonel Glenn Square, in the City of Little Rock, pursuant to its general police
12 power authority under Ark. Code Ann. § 14 -54 -104.
13 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
14 OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
15 Section 1. The hearing on the ordinance to abandon the above - mentioned right -of -way shall be held
16 at a meeting of the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock in the Board Room of City Hall at six
17 o'clock on the 7'" day of September, 2010.
18 Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed
19 by law by publication once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper published in Pulaski
20 County, Arkansas, and having a general circulation in the City of Little Rock.
