A RESOLUTION TO APPOINT MS. CARMEN SANDERS SIMPSON TO
THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS, CENTRAL ARKANSAS WATER;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1: Ms. Carmen Sanders Simpson is hereby appointed to fill a vacancy created on the Board
of Commissioners of Central Arkansas Water by the expiration of the term of Ms. Francille Turbyfill, said
term of office to expire June 30, 2017.
Section 2: This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
