A RESOLUTION TO MAKE A RE- APPOINTMENT TO THE LITTLE
ROCK ADVERTISING & PROMOTION COMMISSION; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. The following named person is hereby re- appointed as a commissioner of the
Little Rock Advertising & Promotion Commission:
CAPI PECK, re- appointed to serve a second four (4) -year term in an industry position of
the Commission, to expire on May 1, 2014.
Section 2. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
