REVENUE BONDS BY THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK (WELSPUN
TUBULAR, INC.); AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, a proposal has been made by the City of Little Rock for the issuance of not to exceed
$30,000,000 in aggregate principal amount of industrial revenue bonds to provide fund to finance the cost
of acquiring, constructing, and equipping an industrial facility for the manufacture of steel pipes,
consisting of the acquisition of land and equipment, located at 8200 Frazier Pike and 9301 Frazier Pike,
Little Rock, AR 72206.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. The hearing on the issuance of the industrial revenue bonds shall be held at a meeting of
the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock in the Board Room of City Hall at six o'clock on the 1st
day of June, 2010.
Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed
by law by publication once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper published in Pulaski
County, Arkansas, and having a general circulation in the City of Little Rock.
