3 A RESOLUTION TO SET APRIL 6, 2010, AS THE DATE OF HEARING ON
4 THE PETITION TO FORM THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK MUNICIPAL
5 PROPERTY OWNERS MULTIPURPOSE IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO.
6 2010- 310(GARDENS AT VALLEY FALLS); AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

8 WHEREAS, on February 26, 2010, a Petition was duly filed with the City Clerk of the City of Little
9 Rock, Arkansas, for the Little Rock Board of Directors to approve the formation of the City of Little Rock
10 Municipal Property Owners' Multipurpose Improvement District No. 2010 -310, pursuant to Ark. Code.
11 Ann. § 14 -94 -101, et seq., and
12 WHEREAS, an Abstractor's Certificate has been presented that certifies that a majority in value of
13 the owners of the property in the District have executed the Petition, and
14 WHEREAS, Ark. Code Ann. § 14 -88 -203 requires that a hearing be held on the formation of such
15 district.
16 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
17 OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
18 Section 1. The hearing on said petition shall be held at a meeting of the Board of Directors of the
19 City of Little Rock in the Board Room of City Hall at six o'clock on the 6`h day of April, 2010.
20 Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed
21 by law by publication once a week for two consecutive weeks in a newspaper published in Pulaski
22 County, Arkansas, and having a general circulation in the City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
