RESOLUTION NO. 13,100
A RESOLUTION TO SET APRIL 6, 2010, AS THE DATE OF HEARING ON
THE PETITION TO FORM THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK MUNICIPAL
PROPERTY OWNERS MULTIPURPOSE IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO.
2010- 311(THE GARDENS AT VALLEY FALLS RECREATION PROJECT);
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, on February 26, 2010, a Petition was duly filed with the City Clerk of the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas, for the Little Rock Board of Directors to approve the formation of the City of Little Rock
Municipal Property Owners' Multipurpose Improvement District No. 2010 -311, pursuant to Ark. Code.
Ann. § 14 -94 -101, et seq., and
WHEREAS, an Abstractor's Certificate has been presented that certifies that a majority in value of
the owners of the property in the District have executed the Petition, and
WHEREAS, Ark. Code Ann. § 14 -88 -203 requires that a hearing be held on the formation of such
district.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. The hearing on said petition shall be held at a meeting of the Board of Directors of the
City of Little Rock in the Board Room of City Hall at six o'clock on the 6 1 day of April, 2010.
Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed
by law by publication once a week for two consecutive weeks in a newspaper published in Pulaski
County, Arkansas, and having a general circulation in the City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
