RESOLUTION NO. 13,091
A RESOLUTION TO SET MARCH 16, 2010, AS THE DATE OF
HEARING ON THE PETITION TO RESCIND THE DENIAL OF A
REZONING REQUEST OF THE COMMERCIAL PORTION OF
PROPERTY AT 3825 WEST 98TH STREET TO PCD (Z- 8470); AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, a petition has been filed with the City Clerk for the rescission of the Planning
Commission's action in denying a request to rezone the commercial portion of the property at 3825 West
98`h Street to PCD to recognize the existing auto repair business on the property, pursuant to its general
police power authority under Ark. Code Ann. §14 -54 -104, in the City of Little Rock.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. The hearing on the resolution to rescind the denial of a request to rezone the commercial
portion of the property at 3825 West 98th Street to PCD to recognize the existing auto repair business on
the property, shall be held at a meeting of the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock in the Board
Room of City Hall at six o'clock on the 16`' day of March, 2010.
Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed
by law by publication once a week for two consecutive weeks in a newspaper published in Pulaski
County, Arkansas, and having a general circulation in the City of Little Rock.
