RESOLUTION NO. 13,082
A RESOLUTION TO APPOINT A BOARD OF ASSESSMENT FOR LITTLE
ROCK MULTIPURPOSE IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 2007 -304
PARKWAY NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION PROJECT; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, Little Rock Multipurpose Improvement District No. 2007 - 304 - Parkway Neighborhood
Association Project (the "District ") has formed its plan for improvements and has ascertained the
approximate cost of the improvements, and
WHEREAS, a board of assessment should be appointed to assess the benefits to be received by each
lot, block and other subdivision of land within the District by reason of the proposed local improvements,
and
WHEREAS, Alan King, Marian Walker and Lee Jones are electors of the City of Little Rock and are
qualified by training and experience to service as assessors for the District and are so willing to serve;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1: Alan King, Marian Walker and Lee Jones shall be and are hereby appointed as the Board
of Assessment for Little Rock Multipurpose Improvement District No. 2007 -304- Parkway Neighborhood
Association Project to assess the benefits to be received by each lot, block and other subdivision of land
within the District by reason of the proposed local improvements.
