3 A RESOLUTION TO MAKE APPOINTMENTS TO THE LITTLE ROCK ARTS
4 AND CULTURE COMMISSION AND THE MUSEUM OF DISCOVERY BOARD
5 OF TRUSTEES; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

7 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
8 OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
9 Section 1. The following named persons are hereby appointed, reappointed, as members of the Little
10 Rock Arts and Culture Commission:
11 Jennifer J. Cox, appointed to serve an unexpired term, replacing David Belcher, said term
12 expiring on April 2, 2010.
13 Beatrice Bishop Chapman, appointed to serve an unexpired term, replacing Joshua Tate, said
14 term expiring on April 2, 2011.
15 Section 2. The following named persons are hereby appointed, reappointed, as members of the
16 Museum of Discovery Board of Trustees:
17 Ashley Palermo, appointed to serve a full three -year term (first), to the position previously held
18 by Gloria Love, said term expiring on December 31, 2012.
19 Michael Kennedy, appointed to serve a full three -year term (first), which was previously vacant,
20 said term expiring on December 31, 2012.
21 Kelley Bass, appointed to serve a full three -year term (first), which was previously vacant, said
22 term expiring on December 31, 2012.
23 Jennifer Peper, appointed to serve an unexpired term, which was previously vacant, said term
24 expiring on December 31, 2010.
25 Jennifer Robins, re- appointed to serve a second three -year term, said term expiring on December
26 31, 2012.
27 Nikki Lawson, re- appointed to serve a second three -year term, said term expiring on December
28 31, 2012.
29 Holt McConnell, appointed to serve a full three -year term (first), said term expiring on December
30 31, 2012.
31 Laura Shue, appointed to serve a full three -year term (first), said term expiring on December 31,
32 2012.
33 Section 3. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
