3 A RESOLUTION TO RENEW 123 TAXICAB OPERATOR PERMITS
4 FOR GREATER LITTLE ROCK TRANSPORTATION SERVICE, LLC
5 ( GLRTS), FOR THE PERIOD FROM JANUARY 1, 2010, TO
6 DECEMBER 31,2010; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

8 WHEREAS, Greater Little Rock Transportation Service, LLC. has properly applied for
9 renewal of 123 taxicab operator permits for the year 2010, and has established that it is properly
10 insured and in compliance with the City Transportation Code; and
11 WHEREAS, to date Greater Little Rock Transportation Service, LLC has 102 vehicles
12 available for service;
13 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
14 THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
15 Section 1. GLRTS is granted a renewal of 123 taxicab operator permits for the period from
16 January 1, 2010, to December 31, 2010.
17 Section 2. Severability. In the event any portion of this resolution is declared or
18 adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or adjudication shall not affect the
19 remaining portions of this resolution, which shall remain in full force and effect as if the portion
20 so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional were not originally a part of this resolution.
21 Section 3. Repealer. All ordinances and resolutions, and parts thereof, which are in
22 conflict with any provision of this resolution are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
