A RESOLUTION TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT TO THE LITTLE
ROCK ADVERTISING & PROMOTION COMMISSION; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. The following named person is hereby appointed or re- appointed to the Little
Rock Advertising & Promotion Commission:
Larry Carpenter, appointed to serve his first four -year term, to expire on May 1, 2013.
Section 2. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
