That the zoning classification of the following described property be changed from 0-3 13 to POD: 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 Lot 1, Block 360, Original City of Little Rock, Arkansas, containing 1.85 acres, more or less. Section 2. That the approval of Packet House Short-Form POD, located at 1406 Cantrell Road (Z- 3726-A), is subject to compliance with the following additional conditions: That the preliminary site development plan /plat be approved as submitted, including all staff comments and conditions as outlined in the Planning Commission Agenda Staff Report in paragraphs D, E, F and including any conditions indicated in the staff analysis in paragraph H and subject to additional conditions imposed at the Planning Commission Public Hearing as amended by the applicant. Section 3. That the preliminary site development plan/plat be approved as recommended by the 24 Little Rock Planning Commission. 25 Section 4. That the change in zoning classification contemplated for Packet House Short-Form 26 POD, located at 1406 Cantrell Road (Z- 3726 -A), is conditioned upon obtaining a final plan approval 27 within the time specified by Chapter 36, Article VII, Section 36 -454 (e) of the Code of Ordinances. 28 Section 5. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little 29 Rock, Arkansas, and designated district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects 30 necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof. 31 Section 6. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or 2 word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or 3 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and 4 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional were not originally a part of the 5 ordinance. 6 Section 8. Repealer.
