ORDINANCE NO. 20,433
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 30 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, TO
PROVIDE FOR A DEFERRAL OF MASTER STREET PLAN
CONSTRUCTION REQUIREMENTS FOR LILE AVENUE; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That Chapter 30 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for a deferral of
certain requirements within the Master Street Plan until the adjacent property along Life Avenue is
developed for Little Rock Diagnostic Clinic Subdivision Site Plan Review at 10001 Life Avenue:
Subsection a. Chapter 30, Article VI, requiring developers to construct roadway improvements
to the requirements of the Master Street Plan will be deferred for a period of five (5) years or
until adjacent development along Life Avenue occurs, whichever occurs first. The specific
deferral is for improving Life Avenue as part of Little Rock Diagnostic Clinic Subdivision Site
Plan Review along the frontage of the property at 10001 Life Avenue to commercial street
standards including widening, curb, gutter, sidewalk, access ramps, and street lights.
Subsection b. On Life Avenue, a thirty (30) -foot right -of -way dedication from centerline along
the frontage of the property at 10001 Life Avenue will be required prior to issuance of the
certificate of occupancy.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its passage.
