NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: Section 1. That the zone classification of the following property be and is hereby changed as indicated: Z- 8142 -A — Described as part of the SW '/4 SW '/4, Section 15, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, in the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, being more particularly described as follows: Commencing at a three (3) -inch pipe at the SW corner said SW '/4 SW '/4, Section 15; thence NO3 °46'04" East for 208.87 feet to a 3/4 -inch rebar and the Point of Beginning; thence NO3 °43'36" East for 1,101.80 feet to a 3/4 -inch iron pipe at the NW corner said SW '/4 SW '/4; thence N88 °00'58" East along the North line said SW '/4 SW '/a for 509.05 feet to a 5/8 -inch iron pipe on the Westerly right -of -way line Shackleford Road (60' R/W); thence along said Westerly right -of -way line the following courses; S27 °13'10" East for 54.22 feet to a 5/8 -inch iron pipe; S25 °14'12" East for 342.16 feet to a 5/8 -inch iron pipe; S26'23'1 I" East for 550.60 feet to the beginning of a curve and a 5/8 -inch iron pipe; along said curve turning to the right through an angle of 20 °26'51 ", having a radius of 762.26 feet, and whose long chord bears S14 °37'56" East for 270.59 feet to a rebar and cap; thence departing said right -of -way line S88 °20'07" West for 1,064.54 feet to the Point of Beginning and containing 891,002 square feet or 20.455 acres, more or less: From R -2, Single - Family District, to MF -18, Multi- Family District. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force thirty (30) days after the date of its passage and approval. Section 4. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional were not originally a part of the ordinance. Section 5. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same, that are inconsistent with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
