4 20,156 (SEPTEMBER 15, 2009) TO CORRECT A LEGAL DESCRIPTION;
5 TO DECLARE AN EMERGENCY; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

7 WHEREAS, on September 15, 2009, pursuant to Little Rock, Ark., Ordinance No. 20,156, a
8 structure located at 4001 Baseline Road was condemned as a public nuisance; and
9 WHEREAS, the legal description of the property owned by Mr. Willy Cooper was incorrectly listed
10 as Rinke Garden Acres, Block 0, Lot 4, when in fact the correct legal description was only a portion of

such Lot 4; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to amend Ordinance No. 20,156 to provide the correct legal description;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. Section 1 of Little Rock, Ark., Ordinance No. 20,156 (September 15, 2009) is hereby
amended to delete the legal description of "Rinke Garden Acres, Block 0, Lot 4" and replace it with the
following legal description: "Rinke Garden Acres, Block 0, the North 268 feet of the East half of Lot 4 ".
Section 2. Emergency. This ordinance is put into effect immediately to ensure that the property
interests and public welfare of citizens of Little Rock will not be adversely affected; therefore, an
emergency is hereby declared to exist, and this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage.
