That the zone classification of the following property be and is hereby changed 11 as indicated: 12 Z- 3150 -J — Described as Tract F, Orbit Subdivision to the City of Little 13 Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas. As shown in Plat Book C Page 130, 14 records of Pulaski County, Arkansas. Less and Except that portion 15 taken by the Arkansas Highway Transportation Department, Job 16 Number 060688, dated 11 -19 -1996: From C -4, Open Display District, to 17 C -3, General Commercial District, (with condition). (9222 Interstate 30) 18 Section 2. That the zoning of the above - described property is subject to the following 19 conditions which were proposed by the applicant for the property described in Section 1 of this 20 ordinance and which shall be covenants running with the land to bind subsequent grantees of 21 the property. 22 The following uses shall be considered prohibited uses and not allowed within the 23 C -3 zoning at 9222 Interstate 30: 24 — Beverage Shop 25 — Bar Lounge or Tavern 26 — Event Center 27 — Private Club with dining or bar service 28 — Sexually Oriented Business 29 Section 3. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of 30 Little Rock and designated district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the 31 respects necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force thirty (30) days after the date of its passage and approval. Section 5. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional were not originally a part of the ordinance. Section 6. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same, that are inconsistent with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
