203595 COMPANY REVISED SHORT -FORM PCD (Z- 6476 -C), LOCATED AT 19500 6 CANTRELL ROAD, LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING THE 7 OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; 8 AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. 9 10 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY 1 I OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: 12 Section 1. That the zoning classification of the following described property be changed from PCD 13 to Revised PCD: 14 Lot 9A Northwest Territory Addition, City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas. 15 Section 2. That the approval of Coulson Oil Company Revised Short-Form PCD (Z- 6476 -C), located 16 at 19500 Cantrell Road, is subject to compliance with the following additional conditions: 17 • That the preliminary site development plan/plat be approved as submitted, 18 including all staff comments and conditions as outlined in the Planning 19 Commission Agenda Staff Report in paragraphs D, E, F and including any 20 conditions indicated in the staff analysis in paragraph H and subject to additional 21 conditions imposed at the Planning Commission Public Hearing as amended by the 22 applicant. 23 • There is to be no storage of vehicles in disrepair outside the building at any time. 24 • There is to be no working on vehicles outside the building at any time. 25 • There is to be no storage of waste materials or vehicle parts outside the building 26 Section 3. That the preliminary site development plan /plat be approved as recommended by the 27 Little Rock Planning Commission. 28 Section 4. That the change in zoning classification contemplated for Coulson Oil Company Revised 29 Short-form PCD (Z- 6476 -C), located at 19500 Cantrell Road, is conditioned upon obtaining a final plan 30 approval within the time specified by Chapter 36, Article VII, Section 36 -454 (e) of the Code of 31 Ordinances.,t;"`'. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or 4 word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or 5 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and 6 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional were not originally a part of the 7 ordinance. 8 Section 8. Repealer.
