4 ESTABLISH A PLANNED RESIDENTIAL. DISTRICT TITLED BRIARWOOD
5 NURSING HOME SHORT -FORM PD -R (Z- 4763 -A), LOCATED AT 516 SOUTH
6 RODNEY PARHAM ROAD, LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING THE
7 OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR
8 OTHER PURPOSES.

10 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD-OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
11 OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
12 Section 1. That the zoning classification of the following described property be changed from 0-3
13 and R -5 to PD -R:
14 Lot 1 Briarwood Nursing Home Subdivision and Lot 1 Parham View Addition, City of
15 Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas.
16 Section 2. That the approval of Briarwood Nursing Home Short-Form PD -R (Z-4763 -A), located at
17 516 South Rodney Parham Road, is subject to compliance with the following additional conditions:
18 That the preliminary site development plan /plat be approved as submitted, including all
19 staff comments and conditions as outlined in the Planning Commission Agenda Staff
20 Report in paragraphs D, E, F and including any conditions indicated in the staff analysis
21 in paragraph H and subject to additional con itions imposed at the Planning Commission
22 Public Hearing as amended by the applicant.
23 Section 3. That the preliminary site development plan/plat be approved as recommended by the
24 Little Rock Planning Commission.
25 Section 4. That the change in zoning classification contemplated for Briarwc od Nursing Home
26 Short-Form PD -R (Z- 4763 -A), located at 516 South Rodney Parham Road, is conditioned upon obtaining
27 a final plan approval within the time specked by Chapter 36, Article VII, Section 36454 (e) of the Code
28 of Ordinances.

Section 5. That the map referred to in Chapter 136 of the Code of Ordinances c
Rock, Arkansas, and designated district map be and s hereby amended to the extent
necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
Section 6. That this Ordinance shall not take eff ct and be in full force until the f
33 plan.

Section 7. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or
word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and
effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional were not originally a part of the
ordinance.
Section 8. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same that are inconsistent
with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
