203353 AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE LAND USE PLAN (16,222) IN THE 4 CHENAL PLANNING DISTRICT (LU10- 19 -01) FROM RESIDENTIAL 5 HIGH DENSITY TO OFFICE AND COMMERCIAL; AND FOR OTHER 6 PURPOSES. 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 29 30 31 32 33 WHEREAS, the Little Rock Planning Commission believes it appropriate to amend the plan. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: Section 1. That Residential High Density shown at the north side of Kanis Road just east of Rahling Road is amended to Office and Commercial as shown on the attached map. Section 2.
