24 Section I. The Board f Directors hereby declares that the following structure constitute a public

26 by immediately contacting the Housing & Neighborhood Programs Department and entering into an
27 agreement providing for the immediate rehabilitation of the structure or to raze and remove said structure
28 within twenty -four (24) hours and to complete such removal within seventy -two (72) hours of the

Section 2. The condition
of the structure on the above - described property have been found to

present structural, fire and
walth hazards and are dangerous to the health and safety of the occupants or

of this Ordinance are put into effect immediately, the public health,
