Code Ann. § 14 -54- 10 104; and 11 WHEREAS, the Board has determined that the abandoning of this public right -of -way will 12 not have an adverse impact on the adjacent property owners nor the local traffic, and therefore, 13 the street rights -of -way abandoned by this ordinance are no longer needed for corporate 14 purposes, except as otherwise noted below; 15 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF 16 THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: 17 Section 1. The Board of Directors hereby releases, vacates, and abandons the sixty (60) -foot 18 wide Bishop Street right -of -way, located between West 17th and West 18th Street, in the City of 19 Little Rock, Arkansas. 20 Section 2. The City specifically reserves the public utility and drainage easements. 21 Section 3. A copy of this ordinance, duly certified by the City Clerk, shall be filed in the 22 real estate records of the recorder of the Circuit Clerk in ex officio recorder of Pulaski County, 23 Arkansas. 24 Section 4. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, 25 phrase, or word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such 26 declaration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall 27 remain in full force and effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged to be invalid or 28 unconstitutional were not originally a part of the ordinance. 29 Section 5. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same that are 30 inconsistent with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the ext.-' ' ti of such 31 inconsistency.
