That the zoning classification of the following described property be changed from PCD 14 to Revised PCD: 15 Lot 7B Shackleford Crossing Subdivision, Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas. 16 Section 2. That the approval of Lot 7B Shackleford Crossing Revised PCD (Z- 4923 -I), located South 17 of Crossing Court approximately 800 feet West of Shackleford Road is subject to compliance with the 18 following additional conditions: 19 That the preliminary site development plan /plat be approved as submitted, including 20 all staff comments and conditions as outlined in the Planning Commission Agenda 21 Staff Report in paragraphs D, E, F and including any conditions indicated in the staff 22 analysis in paragraph H and subject to additional conditions imposed at the Planning 23 Commission Public Hearing as amended by the applicant. 24 Section 3. That the preliminary site development plan/plat be approved as recommended by the 25 Little Rock Planning Commission. 26 Section 4. That the change in zoning classification contemplated for Lot 7B Shackleford Crossing 27 Revised PCD (Z- 4923 -I), located South of Crossing Court approximately 800 feet West of Shackleford 28 Road is conditioned upon obtaining a final plan approval within the time specified by Chapter 36, Article 29 VII, Section 36 -454 (e) of the Code of Ordinances. 30 Section 5. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little 31 Rock, Arkansas, and designated district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects 32 necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof. 33 Section 6. That this Ordinance shall not take effect and be in full force until the final approval of the 34 plan. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional were not originally a part of the ordinance. Section 8. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same that are inconsistent with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
